The Commissioner representing Abia State on the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Eruba Dimgba, has stated that the Managing Director of the Commission, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku has brought hope, transparency and effective service delivery to the Niger Delta.
According to a birthday message to the NDDC Managing Director, signed on behalf of the Commissioner by his Special Assistant on Youth and Mobilisation, Elder ThankGod Akoma, the NDDC MD has demonstrated capacity, wisdom,candidate a deep sense of commitment to the development of the Niger Delta region.
The message reads in part:
“Through strategic interventions in infrastructure, health, education, youth empowerment, and sustainable livelihoods, Dr. Ogbuku has touched many lives and restored confidence in the mandate of the Commission.
“As we celebrate him today, I join the entire NDDC family in acknowledging a man full of wisdom and with the heart of God, a leader who leads with humility, compassion, and a genuine passion for service.
“On this special day, I pray that the Almighty God will continue to grant you divine wisdom, sound health, long life, and more elevations in service to our people and nation. May your vision for a greater Niger Delta continue to be realized under your watch.”
