Wabara Welcomes Nigeria’s First Lady Oluremi Tinubu To Akwete In Ukwa Federal Constituency

All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain and Leader, Sir Marc Wabara has extended warm and heartfelt welcome to Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON on her visit to Akwete in Ukwa East Local Government Area of Abia State.

In a publication on The Nation Newspaper of July 21, 2026, Wabara, who described the visit of the First Lady as historic, saluted her dedication, resilience and unwavering commitment to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in rebuilding Nigeria and restoring its pride among the comity of nations.

He said:
“We pray that Almighty God will continue to grant you strength, wisdom, and abundant blessings as you travel across the country, inspiring hope and promoting initiatives that improve the lives of Nigerians.

“We also respectfully encourage Your Excellency to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Ukwa Land and to take a keen interest in our environment. We are confident that you will appreciate both the immense potential of our people and the developmental needs of our area, which deserve the attention of the Federal Government.”

During the visit of the First Lady to Abia State, she is expected to join the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti and his wife, Mrs Priscilla Otti on a tour of the Akwete Weaving Cooperative Society in Ukwa East Local Government Area.
