The Chairman of the Ukwa West Local Government Area chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Elder Kenneth Uju Nwarie has congratulated Chief Eruba Dimgba on his confirmation as the representative of Abia State on the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, by the Senate.
The President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, had on August 29, 2023, nominated Eruba Dimgba and 16 others for the NDDC Board.
In a statement released on Thursday, Nwarie, who commended the Nigerian Senate for the confirmation, expressed confidence in the capacity of Chief Eruba Dimgba to deliver on his mandate.
He also said that he was convinced that the NDDC Commissioner, being a grassroots person, would address significantly the developmental challenges of Ukwa West, and Abia State at large.
The Ukwa West APC Chairman urged the Commissioner to always keep in touch with members of the party in order to ensure that it becomes a very strong force in the politics of Abia State.
He prayed God to continue to give Dimgba the wisdom to carry out his responsibilities.
