The Ukwa East/Ukwa West Federal Constituency candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the forthcoming general elections, Barrister Nnadozie Okpokiri has rejoiced with the people of Ukwa for successfully crossing over into the new year.
He said 2023 promises to be a defining year for Ukwa constituents as he believes God they would sing a new song if he is voted into the House of Representatives in February.
Okpokiri stated these on Sunday in his new year message to people of Ukwa Federal Constituency, who he noted have suffered so much neglect for several years as a result of poor representation in government.
He expressed confidence that his nine-point Agenda that centre on sponsoring and supporting bills on Resource Control, Security, Infrastructure, Education, Agriculture, Economy, Health, Environment and Youth and Women Empowerment would, to a very large extent, address the challenges that have faced Ukwa land for many years.
Okpokiri reminded them that effective and purposeful representation required sound knowledge, exposure and good networking, adding that he stands out among all the candidates in Ukwa contesting for the Green Chamber.
The House of Representatives candidate restated his resolve to deploy his considerable skills and experience to give effective and purposeful representation to Ukwa East/Ukwa West Federal Constituency.
