The candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for the Ukwa East/Ukwa West Federal Constituency, Barrister Nnadozie Okpokiri has appointed a prominent son of Ukwa Land, Hon. Ezedinachi Kanu, to lead his campaign for the 2023 general elections.
In a statement, Okpokiri expressed confidence in the leadership abilities of Kanu, who, has been actively involved in the socio- political activities of Ukwa land for more than 25 years.
The statements adds that Kanu has been empowered to select credible sons and daughters of Ukwa to make up the team that would deliver Okpokiri in the 2023 elections.
The APC candidate, Okpokiri, hails from Owo Ala Asa, Ozar Ukwu, in Ukwa West Local Government Area.
He holds a Master degree in Law obtained from the Queen Mary, University of London, and 1st class BA degree in English and Literature at the Ege University, Izmir Turkey.
He attended Government College, Umuahia, Abia State, and Station Urban School, Kpirikpiri, Abakaliki in present day Ebonyi State.
With his exposure inside and outside Nigeria, contacts with high net-worth individuals, and over 26 years vast experience on Legal matters, Okpokiri is poised to positively redefine parliamentary representation for the constituents of Ukwa Federal Constituency.
