A lecturer at the Nigerian British University (NBU), Asa, Abia State, Dr. Lucky Nkem Eleogu, has rated the member representing Ukwa West State Constituency, Hon. Godwin Anyamagiobi Adiele, approximately 80 percent in legislative performance.
In a publication dated February 5, 2026, Dr. Eleogu described the Ukwa West lawmaker as active, impactful, and people-oriented in the Abia State House of Assembly, countering divergent opinions from some quarters.
According to the university don, “Adiele stands as a bridge between legislative authority and grassroots mobilisation,” noting that the lawmaker’s representation has been marked by road construction, school revitalisation, protection of lives, and consistent advocacy for his constituency.
Dr. Eleogu highlighted several interventions by the lawmaker, stating that the trajectory of his service reveals a legislator who responds to crises with decisive action and approaches opportunities with strategic planning.
On oversight responsibilities, the lecturer noted that Hon. Adiele has effectively monitored government projects, interrogated relevant agencies on environmental remediation, and ensured that corporate organisations respect the rights of host communities.
He concluded by commending the Ukwa West State Constituency representative for a job well done, while expressing optimism for greater dividends of democracy for the people of Ukwa West.
