The Asa Think Tank Group, a brainchild of the Asa Development Union,(ADU), the apex socio-cultiral organisation in Ukwa West will commence the interaction and sensitisation of the people of Asa on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
It should be recalled that the ADU had, recently, inaugurated a 51 man Think Tank Group to look into the realisation of an Ukwa West person occupying the House of Representatives seat and harmonisation of electoral positions among the three zones that make up Ukwa West.
In a statement released by the Secretary General of the ADU, Sir Boniface Nwaigwe, on Tuesday, the movement, which will begin with Ozaa Zone, will also pay courtesy visits to oldest traditional ruler in office in Ozaa Ukwu and Ozaa West.
“All must note that the restoration of Asa Political relevance in 2027 is not only a matter of rhetorics but must be shown in action.” the statement added.
