The General Manager of the Abia State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (ASOPADEC), Ven. Dr. Joshua Onyeike, on Friday, undertook an unscheduled inspection visit to the Asa Development Union Civic Centre located in Obehie, Ukwa West Local Government Area. The project is currently being executed by the Commission as part of its commitment to community development.
During the visit, Onyeike reaffirmed ASOPADEC’s dedication to delivering quality infrastructural projects to the people of Abia State’s oil-producing communities and other parts of the State. He emphasized that the Commission was focused on driving sustainable development and improving the living conditions of residents in oil-producing areas.
The General Manager also commended Arc. Victor Chinedu Enyioko, Chief Executive Officer of Vikchin Consult Limited, the firm handling the construction for the impressive quality and progress of work observed at the site.
Following the inspection, Onyeike noted that the impromptu visit was aimed at obtaining first-hand insight into the project’s implementation and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
