Operatives of the Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, have intercepted a consignment of drugs in a courier company located in Lagos.
According to a publication made by the Agency’s Director of Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, NDLEA officers of the Directorate of Operations and General Investigation intercepted five different parcels containing illicit drugs concealed in ladies’ clothes and synthetic hair going to the United States and United Kingdom from a courier company in Lagos.
The publication further states that some of the seized drugs include 620 ampoules of pentazocine injection, promethazine and other opioids.
