The Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, has said that any of their post-graduate students that make a First Class would be given a PhD scholarship immediately.
Speaking during the NDDC Foreign Post-Graduate Scholarship Pre-departure / Award ceremony, the MD said:
“We have the best brains in Nigeria domiciled in the Niger Delta region, and we know we are sending the best. As long as I am the Managing Director/CEO of NDDC, any of you that makes a First Class in M.Sc, will be given a PhD scholarship immediately. Challenge us and we will play our part.”
