A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Sir Marc Inyanagbo Wabara has described the emergence of Hon. Ben Kalu, as the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives as a recognition of his hardwork and resilience as a legislator and kick-starts the process of inclusivity by the government and the party.
In a statement released immediately after the inauguration of the 10th National Assembly, Wabara said Kalu has exhibited high sense of maturity, intellectualism and decorum since he was elected into the green chamber.
Wabara lauded members of the House of Representatives for the massive support given to Kalu, believing that this is in continuation of the commitment of the administration to run an all inclusive government in a manner that gives a sense of belonging to the different geopolitical zones.
He prayed for God’s continued guidance for the lawmaker, and urged him to embrace his new responsibilities with great sense of patriotism, purpose, diligence and commitment.
