It was a glorious celebration amongst well meaning Abians, over the official endorsement of Dr Ikechi Emenike, the Abia APC Gubernatorial Candidate, by the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR.
Following the endorsement, party faithfuls in Umuahia, the Abia state capital, expressed their joy on the endorsement, seeing it as a source of motivation and a milestone well deserved. The President received in audience the Abia APC Gubernatorial candidate, High Chief Ikechi Emenike and his amiable wife, H.E Uzoma Emenike, Nigeria’s Ambassador to the United States of America, in the State house, where the People’s Governor in waiting was endorsed by the President. Other activities that followed was the presentation of a special Portrait by Ambassador Emenike to the President.
This exercise of the Presidential endorsement has triggered jubilation, motivation among the people of Abia State, Abia APC and the numerous supporters of High Chief Ikechi Emenike.
The concept and vision of the Abia APC Gubernatorial candidate to rescue and develop Abia, has by this endorsement received massive boost, said the supporters.
