Senate Chief Whip and former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu and the Abia State All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship candidate in the 2023 general elections, High Chief Ikechi Emenike have been nominated as leaders of the presidential campaign for Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Abia State.
In a press release dated September 23, 2022, signed by the Secretary of the Tinubu/Shettima Campaign Council, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, the nominated members of 422 spread across Nigeria are to pick up their appointment letters at Abuja on Monday, September 26, 2022.
According to the release, while Kalu is the Coordinatator, Emenike is the Co-Coordinator of the campaign in Abia State.
