Activist and Convener of Concerned Nigerians, Comrade Deji Adeyanju has said that no reasonable person would support the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2023 general elections.
Adeyanju, who wrote this on his Facebook page on Monday, said his reason stemmed from the fact that the party engaged in a dollar rain at during its presidential primaries.
He also stated that PDP folks were angry with those supporting Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour party because their votes were at risk.
He said:
“PDP folks on social media are angry with those supporting Peter Obi because their votes is at risk. They feel threatened.
“No reasonable person will support PDP in 2023 after the sale of all their party tickets by Ayu and his NWC and the dollar rain at the stadium in the name of a presidential primaries.
“The party has shown that it is not ready to change. An opposition involved in Bureau De Change. Did APC sell its tickets to highest bidders in 2014 when it wanted power desperately?
“PDP does not want power, they just want dollars. In every state, from Abia to Zamfara, PDP sold its House of Assembly, HOR, Senate, Guber & Presidential tickets to highest bidders.”
