The All Progressives Congress, APC, seems set for its National Convention scheduled for the 26th of March, 2022, following the setting up of 20 Sub-Committees comprising 1,562 members of the party to organise the event.
According to a document released on Thursday, signed by the Secretary of the Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee of the party, Senator John James Akpanudoedehe, the Committees, which Chairmen and Secretaries are to be inaugurated on Monday March 7, 2022, are for Central Coordinating, Support/Technical Services, Screening, Screening Appeal, Election/Planning, Election Appeal, Legal, Accommodation, Venue/Decoration/Site Servicing and Transportation/Logistics.
Others are Media /Publicity, Security/Protocol, Accreditation, Entertainment/Welfare, Medical, Budget, Finance, Accreditation of Volunteers/Diplomats/ Diaspora/Observers, Digital Communication and Convention Legacy and Rapporteurs.
