A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, has sentenced a man, aged 38, to three months imprisonment for stealing packs of bottled water.
The man, Adesile Mayowa, who pleaded guilty to the charge was
given an option of N10,000.00 fine by the Chief Magistrate, Mrs Titilayo Ola-Olorun.
While prosecuting the matter, Police Inspector Johnson Okunade, told the court that the accused went to the shop of one Alhaji Babalola Isiaka and stole six packs of bottled water.
