Gov Otti Appoints Port Harcourt Based Legal Practitioner, Nwosuegbe, Four Others Into Abia State Lottery Board

The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti has appointed a Port Harcourt based legal practitioner, Munachiso Eze Nwosuegbe as a member of the Abia State Lottery Board.

The appointment was announced in a press release dated February 11, 2026, and signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Ukoha Njoku Ukoha.

Other members of the board are Owobe Ikechukwu Chimezie as Chairman, Ikechukwu Ndubuisi Ngwu, Emeka Chionye and Mrs. Chibuzor Ehiemere.

Governor Otti charged the appointees to discharge their duties with utmost integrity, professionalism, and dedication to public service, in line with the administration’s vision of building a modern, accountable, and prosperous Abia State.

Barrister Nwosuegbe, who is the Head of Chambers at the H.A. Bello SAN & Co Solicitors, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, attended Community Primary School, Umunteke, Asa in Ukwa West Local Government Area, and St. Augustine’s (Ang.) Seminary, Nbawsi, Isiala Ngwa. He graduated in Law from the Abia State University, and was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2004 after attending Nigerian Law School in Abuja.

Nwosuegbe served the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) at Bayelsa State, and began active legal practice in 2005.

In over 20 years of Nwosuegbe’s legal practice, he has been privileged to participate and conclude numerous cases in High Courts, Federal High Courts, National Industrial Courts, Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He has handled several election matters at the different courts of Nigeria.
