In a bid to ensure the smooth conduct of the All Progressives Congress (APC) electronic registration exercise in Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State, the Commissioner representing Abia State on the board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Eruba Dimgba, has concluded arrangements to commence ward-by-ward monitoring of the exercise.
According to a statement issued by the Commissioner’s aide on Political Matters, Engr. Sterling Chinwendu Uruakpa, the monitoring tour will officially commence on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, starting with Ipu East Ward and Ozaa Ukwu Ward.
The initiative is aimed at ensuring transparency, efficiency, and widespread participation in the APC e-registration exercise across Ukwa West.
Dr. Dimgba is expected to be accompanied on the ward tour by key members of the APC leadership, as the party intensifies efforts to strengthen its grassroots presence ahead of future political engagements.
