Asa Day 2025: Chairman Engr. Adinigwe Ugochukwu Nwoke Thanks Asa People for Massive Turnout

The Chairman of the Asa Day 2025 Celebrations Planning Committee, Engr. Adinigwe Ugochukwu Nwoke, has expressed heartfelt appreciation to the sons, daughters, and wives of Asa land for their massive participation and overwhelming support during the Asa Day 2025 celebrations.

The Asa Day 2025 cultural festival, which recorded an impressive turnout, was successfully held on Friday, December 26, 2025, attracting a mammoth crowd from across Asa land and Ukwa West Local Government Area.

In a statement released on Saturday, December 27, 2025, Engr. Nwoke described the full participation of Asa people as a clear demonstration of unity, love, and collective commitment to the growth and development of Asa land. He noted that the strong show of solidarity during the celebration further confirms that positive changes are taking place in Ukwa West.
According to him, “The excitement that pervaded the atmosphere of the 2025 Asa Day celebrations brought immense joy to all attendees, especially the organizers of the event.”

The Chairman extended special appreciation to the traditional rulers in Ukwa West, the leadership of the Asa Development Union (ADU), and the various Asa communities for their unwavering support, encouragement, and cooperation, which contributed immensely to the success of the event.

Engr. Nwoke concluded by praying for sustained unity, peace, and progress in Asa land, expressing strong optimism that unity will continue to prevail among the people of Asa.
