The Secretary of Ohaneze Ndi Igbo Worldwide, Abia State Chapter, Pastor Innocent Adiele, has described the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti as a transformational Leader that is steering Abia’s renaissance.
In a birthday message, Adiele said since the Governor assumed office, he has turned the Government House into an engine of transformation, innovation, and inclusive government that has reverberated across the length a d breadth of the State.
He said the Governor has been combining technocratic competence and grassroots empathy, adding that within months, Otti’s administration enforced fiscal discipline, addressed ghost workers through forensic audits, cleared outstanding salaries, ensured workers’ salaries were paid predictably and transparently.
Adiele, who is from Ukwa West Local Government Area, further said that Otti’s administration has restored electricity supply to Ukwa West and embarked on the reconstruction of major roads in Ukwa West.
