The Commissioner for Environment in Abia State, Mr. Philemon Asonye Ogbonna, has extended warm birthday congratulations to the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, praising his visionary leadership and integrity.
In a goodwill message marking Governor Otti’s birthday, Ogbonna commended the Governor for delivering impactful leadership and purposeful governance in Abia State.
His message reads in part:
“Today, we honour not only your birth, but the impactful leadership you continue to bring to our State.
“We appreciate God, always, that brought a man of integrity, bold vision and meaningful purpose like you our way.
“The title, “Your Excellency” to your office truly befits the character you embody.”
Ogbonna prayed God to grant the Governor long life, sound health, adding that God continues to direct his path, as he leads Abia State with wisdom and compassion.
