The Nigerian British University in Asa, Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State, has qualified for the grand finale of the National Campus Debate being sponsored by the National Orientation Agency, (NOA).
According to a press release signed by the Director of Communication and Media of the NOA, Bala Musa, who said the grand finale will hold at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, stated that one institution emerged from the six geo-political zones of the country. The institutions are the Nigerian British University, South East, Federal University, Lokoja, North Central, Federal University Wukari, North East, Kebbi State Polytechnic, Dakingari, North West, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, South South and Mountain Top University, South West.
The release added that the Director General of NOA has reaffirmed the Agency’s dedication to institutional integrity, transparency, and youth development, and lauded all participants for their passion, discipline, and intellectual contributions. He emphasised that the National Campus Debate is not merely a competition, but a platform for shaping Nigeria’s future through youth-led dialogue and civic innovation.
The National Campus Debate of the NOA is a flagship civic engagement programme designed to stimulate intellectual rigour, national consciousness, and value-based discourse among Nigeria’s youth.
