Former Mayor of Ukwa West Local Government Council in Abia State, Mr. Newman Azu, has felicitated the Senior Special Adviser to the Abia State Governor on Monitoring and Evaluation, Mazi Ugochukwu Okoroafor on his birthday anniversary.
In his congratulatory message, Azu paid glowing tributes to Mazi Okoroafor, who he described as a man with a strong passion for excellence, hardwork and diligence.
He said all his encounters with the Senior Special Adviser have been memorable, uplifting and inspiring, adding that there are no many Ugochukwus around.
The former Mayor recounted with great nostalgia his childhood days, as he observed Mazi Okoroafor as a student, participant on academic shows on Television at Aba; how he was committed to his goals and aspirations, and worked to ensure he made something great out of life.
In his words, “I am not surprised that, today, Mazi Ugochukwu Okoroafor is part of the technocrats selected by Governor Alex Otti for the reshaping and rebuilding of Abia State.
Azu also extended the felicitations to the family, friends and associates of Mazi Ugochukwu Okoroafor, and prayed God to grant him more fruitful years in excellent health.
