The family of late Nze Paul Ogbonna, also known as Palogbo, has announced January 19, 2024 as the new date for the burial of the remains of their father.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the Chief Mourner, Mr. McOzuru Paul Ogbonna said the postponement was caused by circumstances beyond the control of the family.
He said the family heavily regretted the inconveniences the change in date might cause all their friends, associates and well wishers, who had already made plans to attend the burial.
The statement also adds:
“Our family also want to use this opportunity to thank immensely all those who have been in constant touch with us, and those who have been rendering financial assistance to us since our father died. It is our prayer that God rewards them.”
