Asa High School Class of 1981 Thanks Gov Otti For Appointing Classmate, Philemon Ogbonna As Commissioner

The Asa High School Class of 1981 has thanked the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti for appointing their classmate, Mr. Philemon Asonye Ogbonna, as the Commissioner for Environment and Urban Renewal.

In a statement jointly signed by Chief Abraham Okam and Mr. Chibuzor Atughonu, on behalf of the Class, and released on Saturday, they expressed gratitude to the Abia State Governor for finding one of their own worthy of occupying a position in his Cabinet.

They stated that the appointment of Mr. Ogbonna as a Commissioner was well deserved, and expressed their confidence that he would bring his wealth of experience to bear on governance in Abia State.

The Class prayed for the life of the administration of Governor Otti, and God’s wisdom to guide the actions of their classmate, Mr. Philemon Asonye Ogbonna while carrying out his responsibilities.
