A High Court sitting in Niger State has sentenced 11 persons to death for the murder of 7 persons over a land dispute in Gaba Community of Niger State.
The convicts from Anfani Community in Lavun Local Government Area of Niger State were said to have committed the crime in December 2018.
Delivering the judgement Justice Maimuna Talatu Abubakar stated that they were all found guilty of culpable homicide punishable under Section 221 of the Penal Code.
